This is achieved through Know Your Guests’ verification process as well as their comprehensive damage waiver.

DACK is available on all devices as an app or web link, making it a universal solution for every guest. Know Your Guest’s simple verification and deposit process can be completed in less than 5 minutes. Additionally, the deposit and damage waiver can be completed using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major credit card.
Know Your Guest cross references your data and driver's license against a government database to identify signs of fraud or any indication that you would be a high-risk guest. Once approved, you can select to pay a one-time damage waiver fee or a traditional deposit. The damage waiver covers between $500 and $5,000,000 of damages. The deposit only covers up to the deposit amount and is refunded to the guest, pending no damages occurring during their stay. Know Your Guests’ integration with DACK makes the entire process simple and intuitive for guests and hosts.
